In Design and Technology children are taught how to use knowledge, skills and resources to meet human needs and desires. This they do by designing, making and evaluating products and processes.

Design and Technology is concerned with practical problems and is ideal in the way that it relates to all subjects and combines them.

Grade 7  investigating the intricacies of designing working 'Can-crushers'.

Grade 6  puts their "best foot forward", designing footwear.

Grade 5  enters the textile world, designing 'Waterproof wear'.
